Caleb & Mathilde Frick - Owners
We've shared over 25+ wonderful years of marriage, raised three amazing teenage sons, and built a successful marketing/promotional products business in Maryland, which we eventually sold.
In 2019, a family vacation to Marathon, Florida, sparked a dream we had long talked about—moving to the Sunshine State. This time, we created a real plan to make it happen.
When the Covid pandemic hit, it challenged our marketing company, but we used that time to refine our business model and prepare for the future. In July 2021, everything came together—we sold our business and our Maryland home, and made the move to beautiful Venice, Florida. Since then, we've been living the dream and pursuing rewarding careers in real estate.

Mathilde's career path started off working for Sylvan Learning Centers as a technical translator which eventually provided an opportunity to enter the Web hosting world in the early 2000's assisting French speaking customers.
She enjoyed a 15+ year career working in the IT industry specializing in server management, software engineering, and cloud management for several companies located in Maryland and Delaware. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Science Cum Laude from the University of Maryland.
In an effort to balance home and work life, Mathilde joined Caleb's marketing business to co-manage the company together. Her many responsibilities included: Integration and oversight of e-commerce platforms for key accounts, IT Manager, HR/Payroll, Accounts Receivable & Payable, and the list goes on.
Mathilde's meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and unrelenting work ethic position her perfectly for a successful career in real estate as our broker.

Caleb enjoyed the benefits of a family business that he's worked at for 31 years since the age 14. Starting at the bottom and eventually buying out all the business partners to become the sole owner and President of the company.
Throughout his career he mastered the many hats a business owner must wear when running a multi-million-dollar business. Those "hats" included: Production manager, Sales manager, Top Salesperson and Manager of Key Accounts, Fulfillment, Marketing, Contract Negotiating with vendors and key accounts, Shipping & Receiving Manager, etc.
All of these roles have given him the professional experience needed to provide premium customer service, the ability to see things through and the desire to lead through even the most challenging times.

Lori attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Education. Her love of people quickly landed her a job with Pudenz- Schulte international in Santa Barbara California as the Manager of customer service in the neurosurgical industry.
Lori’s interest in Real Estate blossomed after owning a residence in both Santa Barbara and Southern Oregon. She first became a Broker in 1988 and has finished in the Top 1% of sales for the last 25 years.
After a much-heralded career on the West Coast, Lori followed family to Southwest Florida where she now resides near her daughters and grandchildren. Lori is as excited as ever to continue her professional Real Estate career by continuing her service to others.
